Our client is in the midst of their Workday implementation with a go-live of 1/1/25. They are implementing HCM, Benefits, and Payroll. Currently, they are struggling with a lot of items internally and are in crunch time. They require a Workday HCM Analyst to help them with post go-live support.
Position Summary: As a Workday HCM Analyst, you will play an essential role in the Workday post-go-live support, managing configuration and ensuring successful adoption. Key responsibilities include supporting BPs (administration and modifications), hands-on configuration, requirements gathering, and reporting expertise, including dashboard setup. Experience with HCM, Benefits, and some reporting required. , You will provide crucial end-user training, knowledge transfer, and ongoing guidance, supporting a team that is new to Workday. The ideal candidate will have solid overall Workday experience more specifically around post go-live support and the ability to help with optimization and enhancements where needed.
Must Have Requirements:
- Workday HCM Analyst
- Workday HCM experience
- 3-5 years of Workday experience (not looking for a PM or Expert, need a true Analyst)
- Workday Benefits experience
- Workday Reporting experience
- Dashboard configuration experience
- Hands-on functional experience ie: configuration, BPs, & requirements gathering
- Strong post-production experience
- Strong skills in Problem Resolution
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
